We will confirm by email that your message arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our reply does not solve the problem, answer our email and ask for a second look. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For a licensed contractor, your state contractor licensing board may be another option.
